The TerrainSafe tower offers an innovative security solution for monitoring your construction site, vacant properties, parking etca. thanks to its built-in battery and solar panel and reliable outdoor detectors with photo cameras. This makes the Ajax devices usable in locations without power supply. 360-degree coverage and real-time monitoring
Each side of the TerrainSafe surveillance tower is equipped with an Ajax MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD), providing full 360-degree coverage up to a distance of 30 metres over everything. Alarms are verified with photos within 6 seconds and users can request real-time images via the Ajax apps. Upon intrusion detection, the StreetSiren activates a 113 dB alarm for 3 minutes along with a flashing LED torch to deter intruders.
Direct notifications and remote management
The control panel, the Hub 2 (4G) or Hub 2 Plus, sends push notifications directly to users via the Ajax app or to the monitoring centre in case of alarms. The Ajax Hub supports remote management, battery status monitoring and automation scenarios to switch the system on or off based on site opening times. The 12-24V PSU for Hub 2/ReX 2 power unit connects the control panel to an external battery, which is charged by a solar panel. For indoor use or storage, the Terrain Safe Tower is equipped with a power supply connection.
Resistant and secure design
The Ajax Hub and PSU are safely stored in an IP-rated weatherproof cabinet, protected by the DoorProtect Plus vibration detector. This is a tilt and shock sensor that sends alerts in case of attempted opening, unauthorised movement or tower disruption. The MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) also alerts on masking even when the system is switched off, keeping the sensors protected from unintentional or malicious blocking.

The Terrain Safe surveillance column is specially designed for harsh conditions such as construction sites. Made of galvanised steel, painted white, it is weatherproof and resistant to transport. The tower has a special base that protects against vibration and noise from machinery, ensuring a stable and reliable security solution.
Expandable design
When you want to monitor several places on the premises, in addition to the main tower containing the Ajax Hub, you can equip another TerrainSafe tower with Ajax Outdoor motion detectors and, for example, an Ajax Rex as a repeater. This creates a very large surveillance area as the system has up to 1.7Km range when the Ajax Rex is applied.
The sturdy design of Terrain Safe surveillance column is designed for harsh environments such as a construction site. It is made of galvanised steel, is weatherproof, and resists moving or lifting well. The tower is equipped with a special bottom that protects against the impact of vibration and noise from machinery on the construction site.
